Just did a Halcyon / Motueka SMaSH and it was seriously out of this world! Highly recommended!
Pale, nutty, a little biscuit or toast... up front citrus aroma but also a unique stone fruit

I just take the sanitized bottle filler stick (attached to the tube and all) and stir the newly
racked beer for a few seconds right before starting my first bottle. Been all good.

Well Centennial is just Cascade on crack... save the Cascade if you're going that route and
just use the Centennial. I never use the two in the same beer because of how similar they are.I

What really annoys me is when I have a batch that I love, rebrew it, and to me it's just not as

This is giving me a mild anxiety attack lol. I've long known the dangers of glass carboys...
but christ!! Might have to sell all my 6 and 12 gallon Pyrex carboys now... i like my figers
and toes :(
