  • Been in the hobby since 2003, Started it while I was still in college. Very first batch got infected due to inexperience in sanitation techniques and a dirty college apartment, second batch made it to bottle but could only be consumed once already drunk, 3rd batch was a Christmas Cheer Beer that turned out great. Every batch since has been better than the last!
