- I have always wanted to start home brewing. When my wife (fiance at the time) and I finally moved into a house and I had a basement I received the go ahead to start brewing. I quickly moved from extract to all grain (2 extract kits then 2 partial mash recipes). My current setup is a converted cooler mash tun, my old boil kettle (turkey fryer pot) for a HLT, and a keggle for a brew kettle.

Its a 3% variance from label so 3% of 5 being 0.15, 4.85% to 5.15% would be the legally
