    Could i use maple sugar instead of dextrose for yeast to eat and still be left with a maple
    flavor? Anyone have some input or am i on my own with this experiment?

    I was gonna use the oxyclean and if scrubbing was needed maybe a 2000 grit sand paper. It would
    take a thin layer off, and hopefully the smell, with minimal scratching

    I used 2.5 lbs of berries only because I split the 4 gallon batch in two.2.5 lbs per 2 gallons
    or 1.25lbs per 2 gallons?
