magnum is excellent for bittering. if you can't get magnum, i would say chinook. for flavoring
as far as ipa's are concerned, centennial in high doses has always been my favorite. i also
like ahtanum ...

thanks yall...it is a major disappointment when you by a quality brew for a ton of money and it

i just recently picked up 2 of my favorite beers in the world, stone ruination ipa and stone's
regular ipa. this time, however, both of them have a funny off taste to them and aren't nearly
as good as...

well its been 4 weeks now and it hasnt blown...its in my fridge now...i just dont want to get
yelled at for getting sticky ass hoppy ipa all over 200 dollars worth of groceries and in a
