  • Brewed a couple of DME beers about 9 yrs ago and wasn't satisfied. Waited till I was able to learn more and get better equipped. Now I'm brewing good beers and starting not to like BMC beers.

    hey thanks for the infoi did move the beer over to the secondary on 7/4 i took 2 gravity
    readings... #1 at around week 3 wich came to be 1.020 and a nother one 6 days lattter and it
    was the same..Hmmm...

    I agree with djsethall. Do you crush your own grains or do you have your LHBS do the crushing
    for you? Not sure also if it could be a bad batch of 2 row. Sometimes that can happen. If
