You can use the yeast pitch calculators at Mr. Malty or Brewers friend to ensure you are
pitching the correct amount of yeast.

If the beer is carbonated you can gently smack the top of the bottle. The headspace foams up
and then you quickly cap it.

Quite a few for me. Sours, smoked, spiced holiday ales etc. Not because I dislike them but

I do not rack to secondary with my hefeweizens. The Northern Brewer extract kit was my very
