I was once told on a post I should be using American 2 Row for an American beer style. I didn't
care for that comment as I am my own brewmaster and not a clonemaster or any such other master.

My efficiency is around 70% but I am a batch sparger and I think I can do a bit better. I think

I don't want to have to buy a mill just yet and was wondering if I have my LHBS double crush my
