    Now just brew kits No Brainers that turn out better than commercial

    Try to keep a stock of 200 720ml bottles.
    Method Brew - Bottle - Mature - Drink
    Now use secondary 2 weeks fermenter after 1 week use tropical fish heater to keep warm at nights. Bottle and label I add measured teaspoon of sugar for secondary fermentation. Ready from 3 weeks better after 6 months I use Dextrose added to the kit wort.
    Alcoholic strength about 4.7%

    Likes Stout - Dark Ales - Draught and Lager

    Gave away boutique recipe's 20 years ago not worth the effort. I brew to drink not just for the sake of brewing.

    I have made all types of beer, Several types of wine even fruit types
    Cider, Alcoholic Ginger Beer(Too drinkable), Alcoholic Lemonade, Mead Syrup Mead and Molasses Mead, Hopped Pumpkin ale(dident get a name but tasted ok. It did not drop clear though. Ah yes Coconut grapper I gave that away made my knees wobble.
