like 1.120, but I figured with the 35odd pounds of grain I was mashing my effeciency wasn't

It is bright a fruity, a bit on the tart (acidic) side but I figure that this will age out well
and can be adjusted by sweetening slightly if needed....nowhere near anything I would call
"clearing" ye...

So here's what ended up happening with this whole project... I ended up with a ton of
mulberries, and I threw all of them in my 20G brewpot. I added maybe 2 Gallons of water and
about 8 pounds of suga...

I wanted to make sure you knew that the Alaskan Smoked was from 2 different years. Also let me know what you think about the Cucapa BW. It's made in Mexicali and only available in SoCal and Phoenix.

Wow- your avatar looks just like me! Except thinner, younger, and 100 times more beautiful. That is what I'd look like if I was tall, young, thin, and pretty, though.
