    It looks great. I hope, though, the back panel which hold the quick connectors ends up being
    beefier than the video shows. It sure looked like it flexed a lot when plugging and unplugging.

    I've had grassy before it was only with the use of Saaz and they were in for some time. These
    days, I only dry hop two days at the most. However, I suspect it was just the variety of hops
    you used.

    Don't overdo it on Sorachi. .5 oz is probably enough for aroma. It can be a little "soapy" if
    used too liberally.
