Don't overdo it on Sorachi. .5 oz is probably enough for aroma. It can be a little "soapy" if
used too liberally.

Personally, I don't worry about it. I guess the safest is no bag at all, but that way is such a
pain to let settle and clear out before draining into the fermenter. Plus I run a mini pump
