    I used some in an Amber and it reminded me of honey malt....there was some residual sweetness.

    I get a little movement in my 10 gallon spike kettle. To get an accurate reading I turn down
    the propane to a simmer. I don't mind it, it seems pretty accurate.

    One thing I have learned is once it is in the fermenter and yeast is pitched I don't mess with
    it. Let it finish in primary and see how it turns out.

    The vials will do that, hopefully you didn't lose too much. They should put instructions on the
    side to slowly open the cap to release pressure. I'm sure it will be fine. You can always add
    some extra...

    corn sugar will help dry out the beer, I like it in my ipa's ...I wouldn't worry about it.I had
    the same issue with my stone. Look at either Williams brewing or more beer...they both carry an
    aeration...
