    I know its said to never rely on the air bubbles to take a gravity reading but out if the 12
    brews I've made all of them had very active airlocks even had to use blow off tubes of a few.

    I just did my started the exact same way, looks just like it. Yeah its a little starter. But
    its better then nothing. Plus my brew is going to need a nice amped up yeast.

    towers for a few hundred. You can easily modify these retail kegerators for less then a
