i am kind of new here.... but a friend of mine has wood chunks for smoking food and she just
throws the oak chunks in... she doesnt prepare them any special way, has been doing it for
years this wayi ...

green bottles in general are good i would think.... take a look at your extra virgin olive
oil.... the better quality the olive oil, the darker green the bottle...green keeps the olive
oil from going ...
