I let my kids help. My 5 year old boy loves all the steps, especially the "bubbles mean beer"
due to fermentation. My daughter who is now 9, is over the process. Enjoy it while you can!!!We

I brewed one last year. This is the link. It definitely got better as it aged. I have 12 left

It turned it ok. It was a bit alcoholly at first. Over the summer I had a few here and there
and it mellowed out pretty well. I'm saving the last 12 for this winter. I'll update this then.

@IkeKrizzuleI had the same set up and bought another bucket so the beer was off of the yeast
cake. Then I transferred to my carboy for a week (which ended up being 9 days due to other
stuff). Just bot...

Thanks. The lid is still bulging. If I press on it the bubbles fly out but the lid will bulge
within a few hours. I'll let it sit a couple more days.

Thanks anyway. That made me laugh. I think I'm moving it to the secondary for a couple of weeks
and bottle. I'll post results around Christmas.
