raise the 2-row to 11 lbs and bump the crystal to 1.5 lb, and add .5 lb of carapils. mash at
150.oh, and ditch the dme altogether.

I'd say this one is a bit too roasty for something like pumpkin...i agree. the special B in
this clone is perfect for this style. just the right balance. i once made a dry stout w/ a
pound of bk paten...

i also like the whole bean method. discovered that trick once after having a coffee ipa, and
then a white stout.

decided against it. just brewed the clone, per recipe. it's a great beer, and a classic example
