Others have indicated a slight fall off after 6 months. It depends largely on how good you are
at keeping O2 away from it of course. If you really want to age it I'd scale up to an OG of
around 1.080 ...

Insp 79: two weeks at least in primary and all your beers will come out better. Many in HBT
advocate a 1 month primary which shows INSANE patience. Good luck!!!

Depends on what aspect of hops you most want to emphasize. Add more early in the boil to get
more bitterness. Add more later in the boil to get hop flavor. Add a dry hop after fermentation
to get more...

So much depends on location...in Colorado I love Oscar Blues-Gubna is my fav. Odell IPA is also
excellent and Avery Out of Bounds Stout are some favs. In Minnesota where I'm headed as I type
