  • I began brewing Nov. 2010. I have made 2 Nut Browns, an Oatmeal Sout, Pilsner, Wheat beer,cider and wine. I have lagering an Octoberfest. I also just kegged a kolsch and have a Pale Ale in the primary. The set up is extract.
  • Rogue Hazelnut Nector, Milk Stout and some seasonal beer.
  • pumpkin ale
  • none, Dont really use them.
  • I have 6 Oatmeal Stouts left, a few pilsners, a few nut browns, 4 ciders, Mead and 1 bottle of wine left. (saving for the holidays!) and APA
  • 5 gallons of Kolsch and octoberfest lager

    If you want to brew it... what I would do is open the LME and smell it. If it smells and taste
    yummy than go for it. If it smells old and tastes funky...toss it.Just my two cents.
