Absolutly none of it is retail priced. And for you "experienced" brewers you should know that.

agree with most of the above................If a yeast cake isnt enough yeast...no amount of
yeast will work. rouse that bad boy and raise the temp a tad and then wait for nature to take

ask 100 different people and you will get a hundred different answers. I can hardly tell the
difference in taste after a couple weeks so thats all i do. Primary, d-rest for a couple days
at 70, begin ...

its a lager yeast and i fermented at my ambiant air temp of 75 to 80( no room for a
fermentation chamber)enough said.
