    I brewed something like this but I used duck and turkey along with the chicken. I'm calling it
    "Turdrunken" haha. It actually is not to bad, it's not great but it did exceed my very low
    expectations.

    Thanks Bob I will message you if any other questions come up. As far as calculating the boil
    off and stuff like that I'm sure that I can find a calculator and if not I just graduated with
    an ME degree...
