  • I started homebrewing right after high school about 10 years ago. After making a few brews with friends and becoming busy with other aspects of life, I fell out of homebrewing until this last year. After my 8 yr hiatus, I am back to brewing (All Grain now) and am more interested in the process than ever. I have already brewed more batches this winter than I think I did the whole two years previous of extract/partial mash brewing.

I don't know if they have actually changed their recipe, but I also have seen that they quoted
different hops at different times. I know that I have a "spec" sheet from their brewery that

One of the books that I read way back in the day (and still sometimes consult) that was quite a
good overview of Homebrewing, both extract and all grain, is Dave Miller's Homebrewing guide.
