Finally bottled my cider tonight. It ended up being 3 weeks in primary and 20 days in
secondary. After racking to the bottling bucket, leaving the sediment, I ended up with only
    about 4.5 gallons in b...

looks like you could drill another hole for a third tap below the other two in the middle.I
considered that, though that depends on finding the correct shank.

I'd cut a nice bottom plate out of stainless steel for it, maybe an inch larger all the way
around than the outer cross section of the tower. Use the existing screws to mount the bottom
    plate to the t...

I've had this tower in my garage for 6 or 7 years. I ran across it on eBay and picked it
because I thought it was an interesting shape. I've looked but I've never seen one like it. I

I believe the material I used may have actually been considered "1/4"... but as with most all
lumber, it was not true size. It measured much closer to 1/8" thick.I thought that might be the
    case. Than...

As I'm doing a quick search online, trying to put together a materials list, I'm not finding
the 4'x4' 1/8" veneer. Lowes comes close with 1/4" plywood. And Amazon has several species of
    2'x8' veneers...

I've been browsing this thread looking for ideas, and I'm so glad I found your build. I
recently scored a used chest freezer which had already been converted with a double tap tower
    and drip tray. My ...
