    Let the brett do their thing and then dry hop. Dry hopping should be done as close to
    consumption time as possible IMO. ;)

    If it's a pre-hopped extract kit, you'll be fine.Great point. Didn't think of that. :)

    It will effect hop utilization if it differs from the suggested amounts. I'd recommend you
    follow the volumes for your kit. Can you post your recipe? :D

    You need to serve beer gas at like 25 - 30psi. You're going to need a much longer line. At
    least 20 feet. I'd go 30 to be safe.

    I had the same slipping problem on mine. Ended up coating the magnets in liquid plastic.
    They've been like that for 5 years now and are still holding. Anything that is "grippy" will
    keep them in place...
