    Hi everyone My friend just tried the new wit/IPA/fruit mix known as "Fiat Lux" from Brooklyn
    Brewery. Normally not a Brooklyn fan (in many ways) but he said this one was unique and

    embarassing update: i broke my hydrometer (cut myself actually) and the LHBS doesn't get more
    in for at least a week. Temps are steady between 74-76F. OG was within limits set by recipes.

    Update: drank at 23 days and MUCH better. Flavors have blended and softened. Still needs a few
    more weeks I think but thanks for advising patience to all.

    Good points. Fermentation/bottling temp is 68-71 F w/ majority spent at 69 F. Minimal splashing
    during transfers.I have thought about the no-secondary advice and I may just start avoiding the
