From what Iíve read, malto-dextrine is mainly used for a fuller mouthfeel in the beer as
opposed to added sweetness. I could be wrong though.I recently brewed a robust porter and used

Is there anything I can do to help it along? It's been at a steady temperature of 68 degrees.
Should I give my fermenter a little shake or possibly take a grav reading or just wait it out
