  • SWMBO got me a Cooper's Kit for Christmas a few years ago and that got me hooked. I'm now capable of doing three batches at once and even got the keezer set up. Past brews include; Cooper's Ale, Golden Ale, Holiday Ale, Maibock, Munich Helles, and Raspberry Hefe.

    I brewed/fermented/bottled Midwest Supplies Uncommon Honey Steam and Bavarian Wheat all at the
    same time. I used the recommended White Labs liquid yeasts for both batches, WL300 for the

    Good point on the wheat, thank you. I was thinking wheat for the cloudiness. I have not used
    any software for this, or ever for that matter. What's a good one to try?
