I tasted a hydro sample after 2 weeks at 62-63F with US-05. It was very good!Edit: gravity was

My understanding is that WLP001 = Wyeast 1056 = Safale US-05.If there are any minor differences
I'm unaware of them, though I'm not an expert at this or anything.
