Oh and +1 for country wines. Their sister store is south hills brewing supply. I go to country
wines though its closer. Good inventory and knowledgeable employees in my experience.

I've done an IPA with only falconers before. 4oz late edition. 2oz at flameout and 2oz dry hop.
Turned out pretty good.
