I've done an IPA with only falconers before. 4oz late edition. 2oz at flameout and 2oz dry hop.
Turned out pretty good.

Its a seasonal from Brewer's best. Steep to convert and my first one using candi syrup. We'll
see how it comes out its only been in primary about 11 days.

Went into bottles 2 nights ago. Great aroma and flavor from the hydro sample. 7.35% ABV.

I bottled this last night. It was very hazy on the bottom but that could have been from
carrying it up the stairs. It did not look infected or smell funny. Tasted like beer but not
