I'm not really a beer fan (joined while trying to make cider), but Red Oak is about the only
beer I've ever tried that I really liked. I'm just a stones throw away now, and even a couple
towns over it...

Saw another thread mention elevated fermentation temps were connected with esthers & fruity
flavor (in beer, not desirable). What about fermenting cider warm? Any experience with that?

Yeah - the distribution of alcohol when I was in Sweden surprised me - for a country that's
fairly liberal about alcohol, it sure was hard to find any. Here in NC you can buy beer & wine
at the grocer...

The chalk line sounds almost like vodoo, but it does make sense. The bring back baits work
wonders too. Kills the whole colony.
