I'm going to be buying a 20# CO2 tank to use with my seltzer carbonator, and am thinking about
switching over to Kegging my beer instead of bottle carb'ing as that's a huge huge pain in the
    ass... if ...

It popped back to life when I put in room in the upper 60s, it was in primary for definitely
over a month, closer to 5 or 6 weeks, I think. I don't really recall how far above the required
    finishing p...

I'll give it a shot.I've had numerous batches where this was not a problem at all... the only
changes I can think of were adding whirfloc as an experiment to see if it helped clear, and

sat and conditioned for longer times in the bottle I am now getting impossible, annoying
    amounts of foam/h...

I did this without additional spice, and without pumpkin. I thought it came out brilliantly,
more spice would have been a little bit excessive to my palate. YMMV, though.

I'm shooting to bottle this weekend... fingers crossed, and then I'll just tip the new cider
into the carboy and hope for results nearly as good as this last round.

They had a rough patch when the heat went out during the nor'easter, but they've been happily
cooking along in the furnace room at close to 70 degrees. The flavor seemed pretty darn good,

I did a 5 gallon batch of cider (just local, fresh pressed, UV treated, fermented on Wyeast
Sweet Mead strain), and after a month and change in primary carboy, it's down below 1.00, and I
    think ready ...
