Wow, you guys were right Chef and Arpolis. The sugar really brought out the lemon flavor. I

Couldn't believe it, used yeast slurry safale s-04 from my first 5 gallon Pee to start another
batch and 6 days in already at 1.010! Started at 1.070. Think its time to add rest of juice,
