    No harm in fermenting in a larger vessel. The only thing I would do is purge your secondary
    with CO2, so there is no oxygen able to possibly oxidize the beer. I've always purged my

    Very cool! Might be dumb question, but your vinyl hose just sits in a corny with no lid on it?
    How long does the beer hold up sitting open to oxygen like that? Normal 3 days for a cask?

    My guess...bad yeast. Take a gravity reading. What was your OG? If it hasn't really moved at

    I just kegged this. Stirred and shook like mad. Went to take a sample....ALL syrup. Will it mix

    Print your labels on regular paper. Brush milk onto back of label and stick to bottle. It
    doesn't stink, sticks like glue, and comes off with hot water. I didn't believe it, but it
    worked!
