    Have you taken a gravity reading to see what is going on? Just because there are no bubbles
    dosn't mean that it is not fermenting

    Why couldn't you just use corn sugar to carb just like beer? I know champaign is high carb but
    couldn't you just add 6 or 7oz and go on the upside of the scale for beer? I have wondered
    this.
