I make my labels with photoshop, print & cut out, spray them with hairspray & attach to bottles

The best cider I've tasted is made from cartons of pure apple juice i.e 5 ltr of cartons = 1

My clove & ginger wine has been racked once, has thrown a second deposit and stopped
fermenting. But it is still so hazy I don't want to rack again until I find out how to clear

You said 1300g of sugar per litre, your right, it does seem wrong. Should this not be per
gallon? When I make wine from a kit (usually Solomon Grundy) I put 700g in the Gallon initially
then add more ...
I don't have a drink problem! I drink, get drunk, fall down, NO PROBLEM
