Mainebrew, I am going to be brewing this on Saturday. Did you dump both yeasts in the same

Personally I will still be using mine. It seems from reading the article that all these
accidents happened when cleaning under pressure. On a home brew scale it seems more likely to
screw the top off ...

Yep, they just screw right off without too much effort. You just have be careful when you
reassemble them - they have a very thin oring that seals the top and you have to make sure you
don't pinch it.

I just used the angle grinder for all three my kegs. I used a cut off disk to make a octagon
and then I used a flap wheel to grind it into a circle. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish.

The only thing I really worry about is finding a large enough flat area to put the heatsink on.
