  • Want to open my own brewpub one day. I have a large kegerator with enough space for about 5 kegs, I have 2 right now. I have brewed several ales, a bock, some lagers, fruit beers. I am geting ready to do a Honey Porter and I have Pilsner in the keg and bottles.
  • Honey Porter this weeked. Gonna try another strawberry beer (for the wife, I swear) honey lager, and a summer ale soon.
  • Honey porter tomorrow.

    I'm getting ready to try this to sweeten up a porter (bit dry now). Thinking about using 1 cup
    for 5 gallons. Thoughts????
