So? How did it turn out?Turned out a touch sweet but it could have been the thermometer. Was
off by 3 degrees on the mash. I'd add even more flame out hops also.

Thanks Leadgolem, It's very sweet right now. Almost like a simple syrup shot of booze. I had it
fermenting in my beer fermentation fridge at 66, mostly to keep it out of reach of the kids.
