I got the clone kit from austin homebrew for the harpoon ufo hefeweizen. I wanted to make it a
raspberry hefeweizen like harpoon also makes. I was going to add fresh rasp in the secondary.
    I'm not rea...

Using zest for your fruit flavor, I'm not sure why you're wanting to move it to a secondary,
especially after just a week. Simply leave it in the primary until it's time to
    prime/bottle.I'm brewing it...

I'd refrain from doing all three (orange, lemon and lime) in the same brew. You don't want the
flavors to be confusing or overpowering, but something that compliments the beer and makes it
    refreshing....

Don't do both the end of boil and secondary. You don't want it to be overpowering, especially
with a beer that is light in body and colour. Those kind of beers don't let you hide any
    mistakes. Start s...

If I zest an orange, lemon, and lime for the boil and did the same for secondary, would that be
a good amount? To little or too much? It is a 5 gallon batch.

I'm making a summer ale and I wanted to add some citris zest; orange, lemon, and lime. I want
to do it with fresh fruit, but I'm not too sure on how to add it and how much. Would one of
    each fruit be ...

I did a Cherry Wheat last summer and I used this: turned out really well. It had just the
right amount of cherry flavor and it wasn't fake tasting like you would get from extract. I
    just poured one ...

That would be a good starting point. The general "rule" is to go 1lb/gallon. I prefer to go off
of what things taste like. I'd start with 5lbs, give it a week to do it's thing, then pull a
    sample and ...

I try to stay away from using extract without using any real fruit. It's great for lighter
flavors - like peach - if you need to kick up the aroma a little bit.I have used dried cherries
    successfully ...

I have a midwest cherry wheat extract kit. It comes with a 4 oz. bottle of cherry extract. I've
read that cherry extract makes it taste like cough syrup. I wanted to add either fresh sweet
    cherries or...
