Age of hops is my guess. Two year old hops would lose about 20-30% AA from original, at
least.Agreed. I have used that hop schedule on the last couple of AB clones and I don't think I
could get closer...

Chinook is going to give you a bit of a harsh taste. It simply is not Columbus which is dank
and earthy. I love both hops, but would not substitute one for the other. Chinook is what I use
in my Arrog...
