I will use vodka in the air lock, but it would take a lot for the blow off bucket. I will try

I had this problem with two batches in a row. After I got my new mill I was brewing like crazy
and bottled too early. I just dumped mine, but I am curious how yours will turn out.

I went with the MM2 about a year ago. I adjusted it when I got it and have not had to mess with

Haha, YellowRiver, that was my first idea, but didn't have wire. Someone posted a pic using
wire a while back and I thought it looked easy. Sure beats fighting the stopper from sliding up
over and ove...
