I've used bread yeast for some other batches and the flavors seem to come through better. I'm

I don't think there is any way to get to 25% with normal fermentation. You would have to luck
out and get the Spartan Warriors of yeast for that. There are some that can get to 18% or so

You'd probably achieve a higher strength using bread yeast if you did all the early stage
agitation, staggered nutrient addition, maybe even stir plate fermentation.How high ? No
