For me a vinator and bottling tree is by far the easiest and fastest. I start the siphon going
into my bottling bucket and can have all the bottles sanitized and hanging on the tree before

Made my first batch with my son tonight. Pretty cool little project. He asked if he could taste
it when it was finished. He's only 11 so "no". But he had fun anyway.

I know citric acid can really wreak havoc on yeast but give it a shot by all means.You might
