  • Started brewing because I wanted good beer. It's worked out OK only a couple of mishaps, drinkable anyway. I enjoy all of the different flavors of a good brew. Have been an occasional brewer for ten years or so. Usually extract with a pound or two of grains. Started using Corny Kegs last year and want to do all grain brew next.
  • First all grain 4/11/10. Will use batch sparge method and try to make an IPA.

    I have on like that, she tells me she loves to see me brew because I have so much fun brewing.
    She even offers to help clean up after and she does not drink. Life is good.
