Very interested in the recipe as well. Tried an IPL this week brewed by Widmer, "Hopside down".
Server at the tasting I attended said it was brewed with a lager yeast at typical ale

Interesting info about dry yeast. If you shake, do you add the yeast first of after?If it seems
to do the trick, I might just start shaking the carboy like crazy once I get my wort in.
