    Here is my recipe: also do an American Wheat with elderflowers, 1.050 or so, 50/50 white
    wheat/Golden Promise, 20-30 IBUs, 2 OZ dried elderflowers at flame out.

    I do it every 6 months or so. Hot water pumped through, then PBW which I leave an hour or so,
    rinsed with hot water, then starsan.

    Hydrate, pitch. 1.060 no problem. I use this yeast for all my brews. 2 packets for 1.070+
