Yeah I agree on the baird's crystal got two varieties remaining from previous buys trying to
complete my set. On the aromatic, I think I'd prefer halfing it. I'd like to third it

On the off chance that you haven't brewed this yet/haven't pitched any yeast yet; just want to
tell you that S-05, wlp001, wyeast 1056 are all the same yeast so your basically gunna have the

I used that yeast recently, I do the same thing with tub of water and ice bottles. Started real
cold around 60 let it warm up over the first week to around 65 and eventually 68ish probably
should have...
