I scored a big 6 gallon bucket. How about fermenting 2 gallon in a 6 gallon bucket? It it too

Whatever you do, don't over apply oxyclean to clean them. The film dust will coat the bottles

Priming sugar would only add about 0.002 to your gravity. so 1.048 to 1.014 = 4.46% ABVminus
the 0.002 is 1.012 as the FG for 4.73% ABV minus the 0.002 again once the sugar is gone is
1.010 for 4.99% ...
