I did a very similar brew and put it in the rye/wheat category and got nailed for it. They said
i should have put it in a hybrid category cause its so much like an american IPA

Bottled this last night. Question for those that have bottled it. Did you age it for the
typical minimum 3 weeks at ~70º?I sampled mine after four days and it was great!
