  • Im 24 years old, from Hamilton Ontario

    I travel alot (by any free means posible...ie hitching and hopping freight trains) , and am eternally broke.

    Started off in my teens brewin a couple 5 gallons of beer, but stopped due to it always tasting nasty and just buying beer instead.

    I have since been brought back into it hard thanks to that Apfelwein recipe

  • I first started off brewing beer in my teens for years. After ignorantly brewing beer and drinking the piss that I created I got a job and just bought my beer and spirits.

    about 4 or 5 years later (recently actually) I brewed up some of that infamous Apfelwein. Blew my socks off, and since then ive been having cider parties with my friends a couple times a month in which they pay me a buck a litre (or the price of the apple juice) and we have a good time playing music and carryin on.

    I hope to move into other types of brewin, and eventually distilling my own spirits as well.

    Back sweeten it to make it less tart. It should have at least mellowed out a bit from a month
    of aging. Hence why I would backsweeten for sure.

    Well you could continue using it, but how long do you think it will last like that until it
